If you want a wonderful person to help upgrade, fix, tune-up, troubleshoot for your computer, we just had the best fellow we have ever had. He was formerly a programmer for IBM and knows absolutely everything about computer hardware and software. His fees are also excellent ($60 per hour) and he can even put on a programme for you that allows him to use your computer (when you allow him to) so that he can fix it and save you money with travel costs. Who to call? Who to call? When I recently realized my laptop was infected and would need a professional to clean it up, I checked for reputable Computer Repair Services on Kijiji. I chose Larry’s ad and after reading the information available on his website, decided Larry was my guy. After an exchange of emails with him, he suggested his Remote Support service to get my laptop back in tip-top shape. A phone call, a few keystrokes, and an access code and Larry was able to remotely repair all the issues on my laptop.
It was very helpful to have Larry on the phone, while he was remotely clicking through all the problems and explaining to me what he was doing. Larry was courteous, knowledgeable, and reassured me my laptop would survive! I didn’t have to wait days… he offered convenient same-day service and I didn’t even have to leave my home. My computer was a complete mess with several issues including, (i) the bottom bar menus became inactive suddenly (ii) I could not open two applications simultaneously, (iii) my external drives were not active, (iv) my old Norton security software kept popping up asking me to renew my subscription even though I did not want that software and (v) I could not even open my email.
