Dealing with Larry
Sabo has been an absolute and unexpected delight! After having several
"less than satisfactory" experiences with techies at some of the big
box stores, I was determined to find someone who would offer great service, fair
pricing and speak to me in language I could understand. Larry spent more
time on my computer than he charged for (that would NEVER happen at a big box
store) gave me a very detailed itemization of the work that was done and
did it all in an amazingly short turnaround time. I am completely happy

After rebooting, two hard drives became undetectable in the BIOS and in Windows Vista. Due to known issues with specific Seagate hard drives, Larry suggested that the firmware be repaired then updated. He did so and recovered all of my personal files with same-day turnaround. Who to call? Who to call? When I recently realized my laptop was infected and would need a professional to clean it up, I checked for reputable Computer Repair Services on Kijiji. I chose Larry's ad and after reading the information available on his website, decided Larry was my guy. After an exchange of emails with him, he suggested his Remote Support service to get my laptop back in tip-top shape. A phone call, a few keystrokes, and an access code and Larry was able to
*remotely* repair all the issues on my laptop.
It was very helpful to have Larry on the phone, while he was remotely clicking through all the problems and explaining to me what he was doing. Larry was courteous, knowledge- able, and reassured me my laptop would survive! I didn't have to wait days... he offered convenient same-day service and I didn't even have to leave my home. I would highly recom- mend Sabo Computer Repairs and definitely recommend Remote Support service if your problems lend themselves to this option. In our house, whenever a problem with our computer happens, the immediate response is "call Larry." We have relied on Larry Sabo's excellent service for the past several years, and he has never let us down. In fact, Larry has gone above and beyond what any customer could reasonably expect to resolve our problems. We had a particular problem with our home computer over a year ago -- one so complex that the manufacturer's "help desk" guy just said "oh oh" -- and that they couldn't fix it.
