Who to call? Who to call?  When I recently realized my laptop was infected and would need a professional to clean it up, I checked for reputable Computer Repair Services on Kijiji. I chose Larry's ad and after reading the information available on his website, decided Larry was my guy. After an exchange of emails with him, he suggested his Remote Support service to get my laptop back in tip-top shape. A phone call, a few keystrokes, and an access code and Larry was able to *remotely* repair all the issues on my laptop.

It was very helpful to have Larry on the phone, while he was remotely clicking through all the problems and explaining to me what he was doing.
